Each person may only hold one account; if multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed. We reserve the right to verify the information submitted during registration at any time. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and contact our support team immediately if you notice any suspicious login activity. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited and may result in suspension.
If any member violates these Terms & Conditions, attempts fraud, or engages in deceptive activity, vd 40 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account without prior notice. Members may appeal a suspension and request a review through our support team. Any balance in a banned account may be returned, where applicable, following verification in accordance with our policies.
For withdrawal processing or high-value transactions, we may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may involve submitting a National ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Certain features may be restricted until verification is complete. This process is in place to protect member accounts and ensure transparency in all financial activity.
If your email address, phone number, or any other contact details change, update them in your account settings right away. vd 40 is not responsible for missed notifications or security alerts resulting from outdated or incorrect contact information. Keeping your contact details current and accurate is the member's own responsibility.
Any member may voluntarily request to close their account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, provided all pending verifications have been completed. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

If members do not agree with the updated terms, they may request to close their account. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to reflect the original intent of both parties.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between vd 40 and the user, superseding all prior oral or written understandings.
